We ask that you provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. Appointments canceled/rescheduled within the 24-hour window will be charged a fee of $25 minimum. Reoccurring cancellations and missed appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. An invoice will be sent and must be paid before any future appointment can be scheduled. In case of an emergency or illness, we will reschedule your appointment with no charge. 
This may not ever apply to you, but with full transparency in mind, we’d like to remind our guests that when you completely miss an appointment, our talented stylists are not able to earn their anticipated income and takes away opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
